Let's go see the stars.

“Never heard anything like it.” - Robin Raps

Astrotourist, the ever-evolving musical brainchild of Nathaniel Hood, is funky and passionate, giving vibrant live performances, abstract and thought-provoking lyrics, and grooves to move the masses. With a background in everything from classical music to punk rock, and a career in music education, Nathaniel pours a wide swath of influences into Astrotourist, and what comes out is an expedition into the possibilities of music itself.

Look through the smoke and colorful lights at an Astrotourist show and you'll see Nathaniel giving his all in rapping, singing, and playing keys through some of life's hardest questions, as a supporting cast of seasoned musicians fills the air with complex textures, and encourages the crowd to look for beauty in the world around. Let's see the stars.
